Holiday Rib Roast

ORDERING TIPS
Choose Your Bone Count
1 rib bone = approx. 2-3 lbs, perfect for 2-3 adults
Add 1 extra bone for big appetites — Wagyu is rich, so a little goes a long way!
Cut & Tied Option
A “standing rib roast” is left fully intact (ribs not removed). “Cut & tied” is the same roast — just prepared for easier carving. Both are from the rib loin and equally delicious. We offer cut & tied at no additional charge.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR RAW RIB ROAST
Preheat oven to 425°F
Season roast generously with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Place the roast bone-side down on a sheet pan
Roast 20 minutes to form a crust
Reduce oven to 325°F and continue cooking until internal temp reaches 115–120°F (medium-rare)
• Approx. 12–15 minutes per pound
• We recommend using an oven thermometerRest 20 minutes before carving
FOR PRE-COOKED RIB ROAST
Remove the rib roast from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the roast in a roasting pan and heat for 10 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 120°F.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice, serve, and enjoy.
