MEET THE RANCHER
Meet the Head of the Herd
Taste the difference of 100% pure Japanese Black Wagyu from the woman-led ranch of Long Hill Wagyu.

You don't need to book a flight to taste the delicious flavor of 100% Japanese Black Wagyu. Just an hour away from San Antonio, Luling-based rancher, Olivia Landon of Long Hill Wagyu, is committed to raising 100% full-blood Black Wagyu - meaning we get the full health benefits from every cut.
You know that Wagyu is a delicious choice of heart-healthy beef. Its higher level of monounsaturated fats and omega-3 essential fatty acids is a step ahead of regular beef. But you may not know that the USDA allows a "Wagyu" label as long as just 50% contains Wagyu genetics. This often means Wagyu is blended with other breeds like Angus, and the consumer gets only half its goodness.
Long Hill Wagyu's Japanese Black Wagyu herd traces its lineage back to the original Japanese Wagyu cattle. Long Hill's family-owned and woman-led ranch raises their cattle with care, tradition, and integrity. The result is meat that is more marbled, more tender, and more rich that Akaushi.
