Our team of chefs has been working with Valencia peanuts at Emmer & Rye restaurant in Austin, Texas for over 8 years. In partnership with San Antonio's own Picosos Peanuts, we've brought this variety to Pullman Market.
The Valencia peanut variety has a high oil content and enough sugar to create the perfect environment for caramelization. Our chefs have explored this legume in salsa matcha, and mouthwatering moles, and have now brought it to Pullman in its most commonly known form-peanut butter.
With five varieties, Pullman has a flavor profile for every peanut butter lover.
