Startz Cattle Company, founded in 2015 by Aaron and his wife in Floresville, Texas, is a family-owned ranch specializing in premium Wagyu beef. As fourth-generation ranchers, they transitioned to Wagyu in 2013, drawn to the breed's docility, calving ease, and exceptional marbling. Their commitment to quality is driven by superior genetics, data-driven breeding, and precise management.
PEELER FARMS
The Peeler family has been in the cattle business for over 110 years in South Texas. In 2007, Marianna and Jason decided to introduce the Wagyu and Akaushi breeds into their cattle herd. Animal husbandry and land stewardship are the top priorities for Peeler Farms. The Peelers take great pride in how their animals are raised and treated.
