Join us for a Mezcal Masterclass where guests savor mezcal, specialty cocktails, and curated bites while gaining insights from renowned mezcal expert Pedro Jiménez Gurría.
We are excited to participate in Ven a Tomar, an annual event supporting the ongoing development, digitization and preservation efforts of UTSA's Mexican Cookbook Collection, one of the largest collections of its kind in the country. The collection has nearly 3,000 volumes spanning the years 1789 to the present.
What started as an annual fundraising dinner has expanded to various food and drink events held throughout Hispanic Heritage Month. This year’s theme, Memorias, focuses on food’s ability to create and evoke long-lasting memories.
