STORAGE
Keep refrigerated at or below 40ËšF (4ËšC) at all times.
Do not freeze unless otherwise noted on the label.
Do not leave unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours.

HANDLING TIPS
Keep pasta sealed in its original packaging until ready to cook. If opened, place pasta in an airtight container, and use within 2–3 days.

USE BY
For best quality, consume within 5 days of purchase.


FRESH PASTA COOK TIMES

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
-
Use plenty of water: 4 quarts (16 cups) per 1lb. of pasta.​

Salt the water: 3-4 tablespoons once the water is boiling.
-
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
-
Taste for doneness: Cooking times are a guide - test a piece!
