General Manager

The General Manager is not just an operational overseer—they are the culture carrier, service architect, financial strategist, and protector of the guest experience. Their presence sets the tone for both front and back of house, leading with humility, precision, and complete ownership.


The General Manager oversees and manages the front of house and works in partnership with the Chef de Cuisine to make final decisions on matters of importance for the entire restaurant. They are responsible for managing all daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees and other FOH managers.


They lead by driving hospitality and fostering a positive work environment where all team members can thrive. They are responsible for payroll, maximizing sales, optimizing profits, ensuring that guests and staff are happy, and that corporate is communicated with.

Porter

At Pullman Market, where curated dining experiences meet culinary craftsmanship, the Porter plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting our restaurant operations. This position ensures that all restaurant spaces remain clean, well-stocked, and functioning smoothly. As a key member of the back-of-house team, the Porter helps uphold the high standards of hospitality and efficiency that define our guest experience.

Pastry Chef de Partie

The Pastry Chef de Partie plays an important role in the success of the pastry program, overseeing the preparation and execution of assigned desserts and pastry items with consistency, precision, and care. They are expected to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring each product aligns with the restaurant's culinary vision. Beyond technical execution, the Pastry CDP sets a strong example through professionalism, cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. This role also involves mastering foundational skills essential for future growth and leadership within the kitchen.

Pullman Market, a vibrant culinary destination celebrated for its farm-to-table commitment, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Merchant Team Member to join our esteemed team. As an integral part of our merchant and floral section, you will ensure the merchant and floral section is adequately stocked, maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization. Your exceptional customer service skills will be crucial as you interact with patrons on the sales floor and at checkout, providing support and guidance. You will also be responsible for various tasks as assigned by the management team, contributing to the seamless operation of our market and elevating the overall customer experience.
