On Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we’re teaming up with Minamoto, a seafood company known for their commitment to sustainability and pristine ike jime fish, harvested with precision and respect for both flavor and the ocean.
Joining our Chefs at Mezquite are those from Miles, Leche de Tigre, (a)mar, and Ladino, for a one-night-only ceviche experience. Through their unique lenses and cultural backgrounds, Mariscos y Mezquite invites guests to explore the culture, craftsmanship, and community behind exceptional seafood.
Wander through The Mezcaleria for chef-driven tastings, a live whole tuna breakdown from Bluefiná, and conversations celebrating the journey from sea to table. Then continue the evening on the Karnes Patio, where cocktails, a DJ, and the energy of a summer gathering bring the celebration to life.
