This small production caramel company does everything by hand. From sourcing, producing, packaging and shipping, Ellyn and her family puts love and intention into every step. And trust us, you can taste it!

Making caramel can be quite unpredictable, and that is one thing that Ellyn loves. Even when conditions all seem the same, the final product can still come out different. It’s the pursuit of the small details and refining the process from week to week that fascinates Ellyn. It's intuitive and scientific all at the same time.   

This small but mighty team at Wildflower Caramel uses this intuition to create every flavor you can think of (and some you can only dream of). Classics like Salted Caramel, decadent Maple Whiskey Caramel and several seasonal flavors like Smoked Jalapeno or Orange Cardamom Pistachio.
